Being COVID-19 Secure
Being COVID-19 SecureI have put in place extra precautions to ensure that I provide a clean and safe space for you and your family. I have carried out risk assessments in relation to all my session types, adhering to strict government guidelines.
ILLNESS POLICY
Clients are required to disclose and reschedule their session if their child or anyone coming into the studio has had a fever or any other symptoms such as cough, runny nose or vomiting in the last 24 hours. To reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule.
STUDIO CLEANING & SAFETY
- No physical greetings or goodbyes
- The client must reschedule if they experience any Covid-19 symptoms
- Masks and gloves will be worn if required by the client
- Hands should be washed prior to the session by both myself and clients and hand sanitiser is available at all times
- All surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant, including door handles and anything you come into contact with
- All floors will be thoroughly mopped and cleaned with disinfectant
- Tissues will be available in order to follow government and PHE guidance to “CATCH IT. BIN IT. KILL IT.
- The bin is emptied and changed after every session
- Washing/sanitising of all blankets, outfits and props after each session
- Please bring your own tablets / toys for your children to play with
- No outside props are to be brought to the studio
- Until further notice, only one studio portrait session will be scheduled per day
- No personal contact will be allowed. This includes me arranging your hair, clothes and posing but I will direct you
- Only immediate family members will be allowed to attend and I ask, where possible, for you to make alternative arrangements for those not having their portraits taken to minimise exposure
- Viewing and ordering sessions will take place online until further notice
- No shoes allowed in the shooting area of the studio
- Windows will be open where possible to improve ventiilation
- Prints and products will be by contactless collection
- I have subscribed to email updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Government via gov.uk, and will update policies accordingly

- I use a long lens for outdoor sessions meaning that I will naturally be more than 2 meters away
- Everyone taking part in the session must stay a minimum of 2 metres away from me during the session
- No personal contact will be allowed. This includes me arranging your hair, clothes and posing but I will direct you
- Viewing and ordering sessions will take place online until further notice
- Prints and products will be by contactless collection
- Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use at the beginning and end of the session if you need it
- I have subscribed to email updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Government via gov.uk, and will update policies accordingly

- Mask to be worn by client during makeover where possible (during hair and eye make up application)
- Mask, gloves and apron to be worn by HMUA throughout makeover
- HMUA and client will be required to wash hands at the start and end of the session
- Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the session
- HMUA will maintain high levels of cleanliness with their kit, thoroughly sanitising between each client
- Windows will be open where possible to improve ventilation
